Yes4All Dumbbell Set Review

There’s no doubt that dumbbells are one of the essential parts of training at the gym / at home, as they can be used for various exercises. They’re actually my favorite pieces of equipment and I’d consider buying these first if you want to start free weight training at home (if you train at the gym they’re provided, so I’ll talk about their use at home). Dumbbells can be used to train every big muscle of the body, and can even help you do some leg exercises as an added weight.

First of all, the dumbbells come in several weight options – 40,50,52.5,60,105 and 200 pounds (this is the total weight ), so you can choose the weight you need. If you’re a starter or have some experience I’d consider buying the 60 pound option (less if you’re a woman), but if you are sure about your abilities and know how fast you can progress you can buy the heavier options.

The dumbbells are of good quality, and there’s no doubt about that, so you don’t have to worry about breaking the weights or the quality of the material that’s used here being bad.

The price is quite low compared to other dumbbell sets, so if you want to start doing free weights and want to buy dumbbells of good quality ( doesn’t matter if you’re a starter or a professional , there’s a variety of weight options), you can try these by Yes4All , as I definitely recommend them!
