Workout and Genetics

This isn’t the first time I’ve told you that working out is crucial, that you need to exercise if you want to get muscle, but in this article I’ll tell you the harsh truth.

Yes, it’s very important to exercise, because you not only improve your body, but also become mentally stronger and more confident. But many people strive to reach a body that they can’t reach, or see that their acquaintance who started working out at the same time has much better results and is stronger and ask themselves why.

Anyone will get results with good training and a healthy diet, but naturally, people’s results vary and in the end a lot comes down to genetics. Some have a much bigger potential than the others, and it’s ok. You shouldn’t worry about you getting less results than someone else, or not being able to reach the ultimate Schwarzenegger physique, it shouldn’t make you disappointed. It may just mean you need more time to reach that level. Of course we’re not talking about men’s physique level as an average person can’t reach it without steroids. You see many super shredded huge dudes on the internet, but it doesn't mean you should put yourself down for not getting to that shape, that's just not possible, as using steroids is the worst option in my opinion unless fitness is your life and is your main source of money, in that case, the choice is yours, but still, steroids can become a source of serious health problems.

I want you to look at things objectively, realize that people’s genetics and results may vary, and keep working so that you get to the best shape in your life and continue improving!

As always,
