What diet to choose

So, you’ve decided to start a diet, but considering how many diets there are it’s quite difficult to choose one which you can surely rely on and which you are sure will give you good results. There are low carb diets, high or low fat diets, there is intermittent fasting(which isn’t about what you eat but about how you eat). So how do you decide which one to start?

There are various opinions about what diet to start, but I think that most of the diets work. Yes, some may work for you better than others, but I can’t tell you which ones, so you have to try yourself. If you start following a diet and you see that your lifestyle is still pleasurable, and after some time you get results( by results I don’t mean losing muscles, I mean losing fat and improving your overall look), it means that you’ve found a diet that’s working for you, so you can follow it as long as it doesn’t cause you a lot of struggle. Yes, if your current diet consists of mostly fast food or just unhealthy food any lack of that will cause you some discomfort and it’ll be difficult. But you can choose a diet in which you can still eat healthy but tasty food while not gaining fat. For example, I personally don’t like low carb diets as I love eating food with carbs( mostly healthy carbs, of course), but it doesn’t mean that you’re going to hate those diets too, as we are all different and have different preferences.

I want to tell you a secret, in case you didn’t know. Eating healthy and following some kind of diet shouldn’t be a temporary struggle which will stop after some time, it should become your lifestyle, that’s the reason I recommend that you choose one that fits you and that you enjoy.
This is all I wanted to tell you, in summary: do a research and look into some different diets, choose one that you think you’ll like and will fit you and try it, if after a period of time you have results and you don’t struggle too much keeping the diet, then you are on your way to a healthier body. And if you combine the diet with proper exercise with good workout equipment ( or without it, however you like), you can get into the shape you’ve always wanted to.
My goal is to help people like you to improve, both physically and mentally, so you can always read my gym tips on bodybuilding and sports on Bodybeasts. I hope you’ll find them useful.
