How To Reach The Ultimate Female Body

In one of my recent articles I explained how to gain mass for guys, but female’s case is different. In my opinion, in women’s case there’s a certain body that most of them want.
Most girls want to be slim, yet have a great body shape – with good legs, low body fat and a good butt. Reaching this shape isn’t that complicated as it doesn’t involve constant goal change like in guys case ( first cut, then mass gain, then maintenance etc.). If you’re a girl and have some kind of fat ( by that I mean if you’re not super thin ), you need to be in a caloric deficit and start following a healthy lifestyle while staying in the deficit. At the same time you should start training, as it’s impossible to achieve the ultimate physique without training your body ( especially your butt, legs and chest ) unless you have a naturally amazing body shape, but even in this case you should try to improve as constant improvement is the main part of the process.

After you have reached the fat percentage you want ( it should obviously higher than a super fit guys, as girls naturally have a higher fat percentage ), you can either stay in a slight deficit or stay around your maintenance or slightly above that. Of course your meals should consist of healthy food unless you want to gain fat. Your workout should involve both cardio and strength training ( don’t worry, it won’t turn you into a bulky dude ), and of course all the great exercises that work on your core and abs.
In summary, stay in a deficit till you reach the fat level you want, train hard, follow a healthy lifestyle, and you will progress towards your goal inevitably.
