How to Gain Mass Like a Real Body Beast ( for Guys )

There’s no doubt, we all want muscle. Dudes like me want to look great and have big muscles while not losing that muscle definition that girls love, and girls want muscles to have the body all guys like while not becoming manly ( not all of them though ).
So how exactly should one gain muscle mass? The answer may vary depending on whether you’re a guy or a girl and depending on what body goals you have. In this article, let’s discuss the cases of a guy.
No matter what body goal you have, if you want to gain muscle mass as a guy you have to be in a caloric surplus.

If you’re a guy that wants to become a powerlifting pro you have to be in a big caloric surplus . A powerlifter has strong muscles, but doesn’t usually have a super low fat percentage and a high muscle definition, so you have to cope with that.
If you want to gain muscle and become big in a rather short amount of time you should have a stricter diet and the caloric surplus should not be as big, so that you don’t gain much fat.
However, if your goal is to have a quite lean body with a low fat percentage but good and big muscles, you should gain “ lean mass”. It’s not that easy though. In this case you will gain a minimum amount of fat but not that much muscles. Here you will have a small caloric surplus ( 150-400 calories, depending on your body type ), and more of the surplus will go into muscles.
Mass gain = caloric surplus, so calculate and adjust the amount of calories you consume based on what results you want in the end.
I’ll cover the diet and exercise / workouts in other articles, so stay tuned for that,
Always yours,
